Parent & Child Testimonials

Relive the inspiring stories and unforgettable performances that have brought faith, history, and timeless messages to life on stage.

Hi! I just wanted to email you to thank you for all of the hard work and effort you put in to this production. I am so thankful that you have given kids (especially me) the opportunity to come and do fun plays like this. I love acting and I look forward to coming every week and just acting, acting, acting!

Overall, this is just a dream come true for me to be able to come for 2 and a 1/2 hours every week and pretend to be different people in a different time period! I love having you as the director, and also love the plays that you pick out for us to perform! I’ll see you next week! Thanks again!

– Cailey

I just want to say— THANKS SOO MUCH FOR PUTTING ON THIS PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! all the kids had fun. And I can’t wait to do pilgrims progress with a whole new group of kids😃 and they can see how great you are with your plays and how you make up the lines, and most of all-THEY PLEASE JESUS WITH ALL THEIR ACTING AMD ALL THEIR TALENTS!!

– Child

Laurie, As encouragement as you’re sorting and putting away all those props and living with the financial consequences of stepping out in faith……. We invited some friends to the Thursday performance, a homeschool mom and her 2 boys around David’s age.

I just talked to her today and she said that all three of them realized on the way home that sometime during the second part of the performance each felt like some “healing” had taken place. They are strong Christians and one of the boys has experienced some bad mistreatment from his peers this year and a lot of fear about the future. The message and music of the play really ministered to them. Thank-you for all your hard work!

– Joyce

Hey Laurie, We had a devotion for Good Friday this morning, complete with writing some of our sins down and leaving them at the cross. A lit while later, Joel wanted to sing “Sea of Forgetfulness” as he saw a correlation. God is working!

I did want to mention to you in case Rachel does not…she has a new neighbor friend who she has been having some struggles with lately that has really been hurting her feelings. Anyway, she told me the other day that she keeps thinking about the song she had to sing in Little House on the Prairie…about having strife in life because of someone but trusting God … it has really been ministering to her. God is awesome!

– Jill

Hi, I came to the performance of Pilgrim’s Progress tonight and it was truly amazing! So first let me say ‘thank you’ for all you are doing to honor God through the arts. I can’t wait for my grandson to be old enough to join you.

– Kim

Laurie, I was so impressed with Pilgrim’s Progress. If I was still homeschooling, that is exactly what I would want my children to be a part of…everything was so well done! Music, lighting, costumes, acting, sound…what a blessing to see you use the many talents the Lord has given you to benefit so many others! Bravo! Bravo! Bravo!
