Kings Kompany Kids is a music theatre company currently in Wake Forest NC whose purpose is to glorify God through the arts and provide opportunities for kids with an interest in drama, singing and dance to develop their skills in a positive and encouraging environment.
Productions focus on historical figures and timeless classic stories, each delivering an inspiring message—something increasingly rare in today’s theater landscape.

Around the World in 80 Days

Oliver

Anne of Green Gables

2025 Summer KKT Kamp
Pollyanna
Pollyanna is the story of a young orphan girl who is placed with her very unhappy spinster aunt. Undaunted by her aunt’s coldness, Pollyanna goes about changing the disposition of the entire town by spreading the biblical concept of joy and gladness. Lots of humor and fun songs

Performance Date & TimeKamp is a 2-week theatre camp culminating in a performance of Pollyanna on the evening of the last day, Friday, July 18 at 7:00 p.m.

Registration
Please print and mail the registration form with your $50 non-refundable registration fee to:
6716 Pulley Town Rd, Wake Forest, NC 27587.
You do NOT need to register until after the audition.
Auditions
- Everyone who signs up is accepted into the cast. Auditions are for casting purposes only.
- No prep is necessary. They will read cold from the script and sing Amazing Grace or a song of their choice
- Auditions will be held several weeks prior to the first day of camp to allow time for casting and line memorization.

Additional Notes
- Lunch: Bring a lunch that doesn’t require refrigeration.
- Venue: The camp takes place on a farm with animals (sheep, goats, pigs, ducks, rabbits, chickens, quail, guineas, a cat, and a dog). If your child wants to pet the animals, avoid wearing “Sunday best” clothing.
- Items to Bring: Looseleaf notebook for script and songs, pencil with eraser, water bottle, snack for break, play clothes and tennis shoes for outdoor games and activities including petting farm animals
- Spaces Open: Space is limited to the number of characters in the play. An additional 2 week camp can be offered if the need arises
Class Instruction Includes
- Improv and Interactive Role-Play Activities
- Theatrical Components (blocking, gesturing, comedic timing, costuming, sets, etc.)
- Vocal Instruction (stage voice projection, solo and choral singing)
- Choreography and Signing
- Song Sheets/Recordings and Script
- An opportunity for each child to play an important role, regardless of previous experience, and to sing with the ensemble
- Learning the art of working together as a team, encouraging one another, and seeing the arts as a vehicle for glorifying the Giver of all good gifts
